Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials needed to install exterior doors and commercial locks. This includes a minimum of five doors and eleven weatherproof electronic commercial locks with keypads. The contractor shall replace five of the current doors which have glass windows with potential (if needed) to replace all eleven doors. Install weatherproof electronic commercial locks with keypads on eleven external doors. This also includes removal of old doors and or materials. � Please see SOW attachment for more information. The North American�Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirment is 238350. The�solicitation will be awarded as a single award firm-fixed price type�contract. The location where the work will be performed, will be at theTucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) as specified in the Statement of�Work (SOW). The Period of Performance TBD. This solicitation is set-aside for Native Owned small business. If Tucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) does�not receive offer(s) that is reasonably priced, TAIHS will then evaluate�quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the�following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order of first consideration to last�consideration): - 1st Tier - Certified Hub Zone small business - 2nd Tier - Women Owned small business - 3rd Tier - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. - 4th Tier - Small Disadvantage Businesses - 5th Tier - All Other Small Business Concerns. An organized site visit has been scheduled for February 2, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. Mountain�Standard Time. Participants will meet at Building SX-5 please park in the North�parking lot, which is the lot right past the Security Guard Shack.� See attached Map� Any questions can be�directed at Michael Thorne, Michael.Thorne@ihs.gov. It would be very beneficial to attend the site visit to view the existing doors as the buildings were built in 1938. Masks must be worn at all times during site visit. All Quotes will be due by February 17,��2023, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.� This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award�Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and�guidelines. In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19�memorandum �Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer�Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing� directing Federal agencies to adopt�electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors. Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will�be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance�with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of�Payment Requests�. IPP is a secure, web-based electronic invoicing system provided by the U.S.�Department of the Treasury�s Bureau of the Fiscal Service, in partnership�with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRSTL). Respondents to this�solicitation are encouraged to register an account with IPP if they have not�already done so. If your organization is already registered to use IPP, you�will not be required to re-register- however, we encourage you make sure�your organization and designated IPP user accounts are valid and up to�date.
