This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.A. Project Title: 3 types of small arms ammunition for the West Los Angeles VA Healthcare System Police Department. 1.B. Project Location: West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, DELIVER TO: VA Police, BLDG 236, 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90073-1003. 1.C. Solicitation Type and Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26223Q0459. 1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). 1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 332992, Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing. 1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 Employees. 1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price. 1.H. Period of Performance: 30 days from date of award. 2. Submit written offers in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. Complete and submit the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation pages 3 thru 4 via email no later than January 30, 2023 at 10:00 am PT to theodore.arlauskas@va.gov. Ensure the following are completed and/or included in the offer packet: 2.A. Vendor Information to include address, Point Of Contact, DUNS, and SAM UEI. 2.B. Acknowledgement of amendments. 2.C.
