Description

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Combined Synopsis and Solicitation W519TC-23-R-2011 for brand name Factorytalk Software. This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 �Simplied Acquisition Procedures as a commercial supply. NAICS Code: 513210: Software Publishers. This solicitation and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror. The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are hereby established: CLIN 0001: FACTORYTALK VIEW ENTERPRISE Software License Quantity: 4 Each CLIN 0002: FACTORYTALK VIEW ENTERPRISE Software License Quantity: 1 Each Requested Delivery Schedule: CLIN 0001: 30 Days After Date of Contract (ADC) CLIN 0002: 30 Days After Date of Contract (ADC) The Government will evaluate quotes based on the Total Evaluated Price quoted, and any other price related factors required by the solicitation. The Total Price for each CLIN is calculated by multiplying the quantity times the Unit Price. Prices to be submitted at the CLIN Level. Offerors shall complete Attachment 0002 � Price Matrix -W519T C-23-R-2011 � dated 29 Decmeber 2022. See FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for further details. AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE The signature on this solicitation, offer or contract should be the signature of: (a) A Corporate Officer (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary); or, (b) An individual authorized in writing by a Corporate Officer to bind the company to a legal document.
