No quotes are being requested or accepted at this time with this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs has a request for information for Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes for the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center Responses to these sources sought shall be submitted via email to Michael.Hagepanos@va.gov by 15:00 EST. on January 27th, 2023. Suggested NAICS: 621511 Medical Laboratories Suggested Product Service Code (PSC): Q515 Medical - Pathology Open to suggestions from the market as to a more proper NAICS and or PSC. Below is a draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW). Responses to this notice should include the following: Company Name Company UEI Number Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number Company s address Point of Contact information (i.e., title, phone number and email address) Company s capability to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates the company s ability to meet the above requirements. GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract number, if within scope of this effort (if applicable- Identify and report if ALL tests in Attachment 1 are on your schedule OR if only a portion of them). Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. Tentative Statement of Work - VISN4 Lab Testing Validation of Records Background: The Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) at the Philadelphia VAMC purchased the ABSCIEX- LCMS system provide upgrade drug confirmations and to expand testing capabilities. The laboratory requires specialized services to bring this highly specialized, highly complex system up and go live with testing on the platform Scope: Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service wishes to obtain a onetime task order to procure validation Services, parts, electronic records, and technical documentation Objectives: The services will allow the laboratory to expand its testing capabilities including modernizing the drug testing in house. Tasks: Requirements to meet the needs of P&LMS: 1 Onsite validation: Data collection, processing, and interpretation. Deliver final data tables for each panel. 1 2-Days Onsite Training/Technical Support for each LC-MS/MS method 1 Select, optimize, and test chromatographic conditions 1 In the client laboratory evaluate the functionality of the plate prep method for each panel by delivering electronic method files for each LC-MS/MS 1 Deliver a draft CLIA compliant Standard Operating Procedure for each panel 1 Deliver a draft CLIA Compliant Daily Run Checklist for each panel 1 Deliver a draft CLIA Compliant Validation Data Table Template 1 Deliver a draft CLIA Compliant Validation Report Template Delivery: Before 5/2023 Government Furnished Property: N/A Security Requirements: The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required Place of Performance: N/A
