- Sources Sought Notice for Request for Information (RFI) Number No:1630-OAA-23-CTR-0032. This Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b) (2) (i), this notice is issued for the purpose of conducting market research.� Market research is being conducted to determine if there are potential businesses with the capacity and experience to perform the required work.� This notice is not to be misconstrued as a Request for Proposal or Quotation.� All information received in response to this Request for Information/Sources Sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Information provided in response to this RFI is submitted voluntarily and is not being requested as part of a solicitation for actual pricing. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
