- NASA has awarded the Kennedy Operational and Institutional Support (KOIS) contract at the agency�s Kennedy Space Center in Florida to Chiricahua-Logical Joint Venture dba C-L JV. KOIS is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Level of Effort (LOE) contract that includes a one-month phase-in period, which begins November 1, 2023, followed by a 22-month base period, followed by three 1-year option periods. �The total awarded value is $20,000,000.00. The scope includes a broad range of operational and institutional support services to include internal controls (property) support, logistics support, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter support, institutional training and development support, and export control support. KOIS supports: KSC�s Human Resources (BA), Spaceport Integration Office (SI), and Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (ODEO). Places of performance will be onsite at KSC and offsite (through remote work agreements), Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), and other locations authorized by the contracting officer (CO), including other NASA Centers if the need arises.
