- Classification Code: X1DB NAICS Code: 531120 This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offeror to lease 10,300 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 10,108 of ANSI/BOMA square feet and 70 surface parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a succeeding lease with expansion for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The lease has been awarded to Irvine Capital, LLC in Marshfield, Missouri. Commencing on or about November 2023 through on or about October 2033, the U. S.
