- 20 Nov 2023 - RFI Question and Answer Document 1 posted ________________________________________________________________________ The Warner Robins Air Force Sustainment Center (WR-AFSC) and Life Cycle Management Center is hosting an Industry Day on 29-30 November 2023, to solicit feedback from industry regarding the Technical Data Support Services Enterprise (TDSSe3) effort. �A general session will be held on the morning of 29 November 2023 with optional 20 minute one-on-one sessions to begin the afternoon of 29 November 2023 and continue through to 30 November 2023. �A detailed schedule and location will be provided at a later date.� We want to make sure our venue can accommodate those who are interested in attending. To do so, we ask the you provide the information below in an email to alyssa.thomas.3@us.af.mil and cc travica.todd@us.af.mil no later than Monday, November 13, 2023 at 3pm EST. *Please be advised the venue location will be in Warner Robins, Ga and virtual attendance is not guaranteed at this time. In the subject line of the email copy and paste: TDSSe3 Industry Day Attendance Request Please answer the following: Company Name: Point of Contact Name: Point of Contact Email address: Point of Contact Phone Number: Number of Anticipated Attendees (Total Limit is 2): If the option becomes available, is it your company�s preference to attend the industry day virtually: Is your company interested in scheduling a one-on-one session with the government team (a scheduled time will be provided): ____________________________________________________ This special notice is to provide additional updates to the TDSSe3 requirement via the attached TDSSe3 Description of Requirements as well as provide updated draft copies of the Sections L&M, PWS, CLIN Description, Labor Catorgies, and Cost/Price evaluation model in order to receive Industry feedback.� The Government request this feedback be provided to the Government POCs No later than 6 October 2023 by 4:30 PM.�� Important Upcoming Milestones: Draft Request For Proposal: Fall 2023 Industry Day: Fall 2023 Formal RFP Release: Late 2023 - Early 2024
