- Description
- The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems Corporation for cryptographic equipment. Delivery will occur on or before 90 days of order placement, with a total estimated value of $688,000. This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and is published for informational purposes only.
