This solicitation divides the district into the Western Area (ND, SD and MN west of approximately Thief River Falls/Fergus Falls/Montevideo) and the Eastern Area (All areas in district AOR east of the line). Western Area drilling will primarily be within 50 miles of Fargo, ND. Eastern Area drilling is primarily along the Mississippi River between Lock & Dam 2 (Hastings, MN) and Lock & Dam 10 (Guttenberg, IA).
