- Description
- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price contract for the overhaul of the Tour Boat 2 (TB2). This work shall take place at the contractor's facility. The contractor must possess resources and facilities to perform the work on the Island of Oahu. The tentative start date is 18 December 2023 with a delivery date of 13 January 2024.� This posting servces as a pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-24-Q-0011. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for quotes. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.� This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North Americal Industry Classification (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standards for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Requirements: Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.� The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 27 November 2023. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-24-Q-0011. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting. Attached to this notice is draft work package HRMC-019-24.� Site Visit: One ship check opportunity will be offered on Tuesday, 28 November 2023, at 0900 HST at Ford Island.� An RSVP is required in order to attend this ship check. Please RSVP by 27 November 2023, 0900 HST to Chaune Kuromoto at chaune.k.kuromoto.civ@us.navy.mil and Amber Burgess at amber.m.burgess7.civ@us.navy.mil.� The RSVP shall contain the following: Company Name, CAGE Code, Name and Title of Attendee and Contact Number.� Questions: All questions regarding solicitation N32253-24-Q-0011 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs.
