- RFQ Number: 36C24424Q0025 - VISN-04 Courier Service Nine VA Medical Centers This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services., using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation number 36C24424Q0025 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding one, five-year, firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 (Effective Date 09/22/2023) and can be found at: FAR | Acquisition.GOV . The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 492110 with a small business size standard of 1500 Employees and the Product/Service Code is: R602 This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Veterans Integrated Service Network 04 (VISN 04), has a new requirement for a fully licensed contractor to provide courier service, for each of the VISN 04 VA Medical Centers, Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), facilities, and locations within VISN 04, which is represented throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Ohio, State of Delaware, and State of New Jersey as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment A.
