- ***AMENDMENT 0002*** The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers for additional questions submitted by contractors and revise the answer to Question (#73) provided in Amendment 0001 Attach 6, Amendment 0002 Q & A is included in this amendment and is incorporated into the solicitation. The quote due date is Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM ET. Contractors must acknowledge this and all amendments by completing blocks 15A-C of the SF30 when submitting their quote. ***AMENDMENT 0001*** The purpose of this amendment is to provide contractor questions and government answers to questions submitted within the timeframe provided in the solicitation. A revised RFQ, Attach 1, and Attach 4 are provided along with Attachment 5, which are the Questions and Answers. The quote due date is Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM ET. Contractors must acknowledge this amendment by completing blocks 15A-C of the SF 30 when submitting their quote. ***ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. The solicitation number, 12FPC424Q0005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 & 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement resulting from this solicitation.� Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.� The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561110, Office Administrative Services; the size standard is $12.5 million. Active SAM registration is required in order to be awarded this contract and must remain active throughout the period of performance. Contract Line Item Number (CLINS):� See Attachment 2, Price Schedule Description of Services:� The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and resources to provide clerical support services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), provisions and clauses, and current wage determinations hereby made part of this solicitation. Dates & Places of Delivery & Acceptance:� The subsequent BPA as a result of this solicitation shall have a period of performance of December 18, 2023 through December 17, 2028. The provision at�52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition.� Quoters must read and follow the additional instructions contained� in the attached RFQ to receive consideration. The provision at�52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.� See Attached RFQ for further details on evaluation factors. Quoters shall have a current and active SAM.gov registration along with completed and accurate Representations and Certifications at SAM.gov at the time of quote submission and throughout the period of performance of this work.
