- PSC Code V222: Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Passenger Motor Charter NAICS Code: 485410 -- School and Employee Bus Transportation Title: DoDEA-Europe West District Daily Commute and Special Needs Student Transportation Service � Lakenheath School Complex, the United Kingdom. Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a single or multiple Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to the Offeror�s proposal that represents the best value to the Government. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff approach as outlined in FAR Subpart 15.101-1.� In addition, any potential awardee will need to be deemed responsible in accordance with requirements of FAR Part 9. Services are required for Lakenheath Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District. �Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods. DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation on https://sam.gov in January 2024. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.�All inquiries/questions must be submitted in writing via email to Ms. Arnita Waters� at arnita.waters@dodea.edu and Mr. Octavio Palmero at octavio.palmero@dodea.edu with the subject line �HE1254-24-R-2000 RFP Questions.� � DoDEA reserves the right to send hard copies of the solicitation package directly to local vendors in the Host Nation. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the solicitation with all supporting documents and any applicable amendments posted in Contracts Opportunity. Except as stated above, all future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through the website https://sam.gov.
