Description

Solicitation 36C26024R0006 for project 653-24-103 Refresh Finishes Building 1AC D-Wing for the Roseburg VA Healthcare System shall be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about 1 December 2023. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. Proposals will be due about 6 weeks after the solicitation is posted. The project is in Building 1AC on the Roseburg VAMC campus. This project includes refreshing paint, flooring, and ceiling tile in the D-Wing of Building 1AC. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. Portions of the building will remain occupied during construction. The renovation includes the following, as well as all work in the specifications and drawings: Demolition of existing flooring material Demolition of existing wall finishes (i.e., wallpaper). Demolition of existing ACT ceiling tile and metal suspension system Installation of new flooring throughout the space. Installation of ceiling grid and ACT systems. Installation of new paint on the wall throughout the space IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. NOTE: This presolicitation notice was previously posted under solicitation 36C26023R0035. The solicitation number was changed to 36C26024R0006.
