All questions should be directed to the Contracting�Officer, Abbie Jemmott�via email at ygf3@cdc.gov�no later than November 10, 2023 2PM EDT This RFQ is posted to GSA eBuy under RFQ1665129� 11/7/2023 mod 1 ** Attachments #12-15 have been removed ** 11/14/2023 mod 2 ** This RFQ is being extended until 11/22/2023, 11AM EST.� Selected Complementary SINs for this RFQ include: ANCRA, OLM, and ANCILLARY. This modification also clarifies that this RFQ is being solicited under MAS 561210 FAC ** 11/16/2023 Q&A ** Questions and Answers attached as well as 2 additional attachments. ** 11/20/2023 ** Clarification to Question #69 Is the contractor expected to provide labor only for the 19, 3, 10, and 17 FTEs provided in the solicitation, or should the contractor provide anticipated material and subcontractor pricing as well? The contractor will need to provide a cost for all work within the scope of the solicitation. This would include material and subcontracts as needed. �Any materials and subcontracts proposed for the time and material CLINs for ""Core Operations and Maintenance"" for each site shall be proposed under a consolidated time and material CLIN for ""Materials and / or Subcontracts for Core Operations & Maintenance"".� **
