- AMD 0001 The Government will award to the contractor whose quote meets all of the requirements listed in the Request for Quote and is the lowest priced, technically acceptable Offeror. ________________________________________________________________ The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract for the procurement of Wye Ducts Part Number (P/N): PF15916, NSN: 1660-01-505-0956 for the KC-130J Program. This procurement will be a limited competition between the Original Equipment Manufacturer, PAGE GSE and their authorized distributors. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:�The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract.
