- Notice of Contract Action � Sole Source Award for Pole/Zero The Government intends to award a sole-source contract for the procurement of the Pole/Zero� hardware to support the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System, Communication Integration Program (ACIP) and AWACS International programs.This sole source contract to Pole/Zero is to procure ICE5200 Filters (ICE5200-TR-225-400-5) and ICE5200 Mounting Trays (520185-0) for both United States E-3 AWACS ACIP and Japan�s AWACS International Programs.. NAICS: 334419 PSC: 1680 This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
