- PLEASE SEE NAF ADDENDUM (ATTACHMENT) and SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS BELOW. This is a NAF Fund requirement. Government funds will not be available for obligation. Salient Characteristics New manufactured 45+1+1 Passenger Bus Salient Characteristics a. The Community Activity Center (CAC) is planning to purchase 45+1+1 passenger bus. b. The manufacturer-authorized repair facility shall be within twenty-five (25) kilometers from Bldg. 427, Kunsan AB. c. The contractor or supplier shall submit the manufacturer�s specification, catalog cut and or brochure that are meeting the requirements below at the proposal. d. The specifications as described below are a minimum requirement. � ������������ Engine� Diesel Model Universe Noble EX 12.5 of the same grade or equivalent. Any other brands or model which meets manufacture�s qualification in the addendum shall be eligible for this solicitation and contract.
