- The 193 SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B)m due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of the quality required because the supplies are unique. The 193 SOW has a requirement to purchase a De-Icing Vehicle ProCharger Blower P/N: 600-10423. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 336212 with a small business size standards if 1000 employees. The Product Service code (PSC) for this acquisition is 1730. The Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This synopsis is for informational purpose only.
