- Amendment 0002 and all associated attachments is posted below answering the questions received from Amendment 0001. Amendment 0001 was inadvertently posted to the industry day notice to this solicitation on 20MAR24 stating: ""Update - Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to answer industry questions and udpate some documentation.� If you are interested in the attachments to Amendment 0001, please send an interested party email to Trevor Webb at trevor.webb@dla.mil, Blair Hartley at blair.hartley@dla.mil, and Julie Miller at julie.miller@dla.mil. An interested party email should include the contractor's name, cage code, and point of contact."" The Amendment is now attached here as well.� The attached Request for Proposal (RFP), SP4706-23-R-0005, and associated attachments, is for the Automated Fuels Systems Installation (AFSI) requirement that was previously synopsized on this site on 12 through 26 February 2024. This acquisition is for all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to design, install, and test Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE) and other fuel facility related systems and equipment worldwide. Specifically, this acquisition will require Offerors to provide all engineering and services necessary for the installation of AFHE and other fuel facility related systems and equipment. The acquisition includes Maintenance and Service (M&S) support of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Site Support for non-routine maintenance efforts that exceed $250K. Other services under this solicitation will include repair/replacement/modernization, equipment inventories, condition assessments, identification and/or validation of problems and deficiencies, preparation of work plans describing method of correction/repair, actual execution of work plan to repair failed or failing systems and associated equipment, development of preventive maintenance plans, development of recommended spare parts and other activities associated with operation, maintenance, and repair. All Offerors will need to provide the Contracting Officer, Ms. Julie Miller, and the Contract Specialist, Mr. Trevor Webb, with an email stating they are an interested party and would like additional information regarding this requirement, to julie.miller@dla.mil and trevor.webb@dla.mil. In the email the following information is required: full company name, Cage Code, and Government contracts POC. Each Offeror will be verified through the System of Award Management (SAM) as an active contractor eligible to receive Government contracts along with verification the company is not on the Excluded Parties Listing. After both items are verified and the company is determined to be in good standing, all solicitation attachments will be provided.
