- This amendment to RFQ 36C24824Q0663 is to answer additional questions submitted. 1. Does this mean the VA will accept a battery test & report via a midtronics or similar device instead of the load bank test for both units? Answer: If the load bank testing is still required, can you confirm the below. The MBP needs to be external to the UPS for there to be no disruption/loss of load. 2. The Riello UPS does have an external MBP, so a load bank test is needed? Answer: Correct 3. The Mitsu UPS does not have an external MBP, so a load bank test is not needed? Answer: Battery testing acceptable.
