- As a follow-up to the sources sought posting, N00019-23-RFPREQ-APM207-0106 of 12 December 2023-� This announcement provides notice that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on behalf of PMA-207 the Tactical Airlift Program Office, announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five (5) year contract for Engine Procurement, Repair, and Overhaul of the CFM56 Engines in support of the Navy's C-40A aircraft.� The attached PWS is provided to Industry for reveiw and comment. The Government will utilize this feedback to update/clarify the current draft PWS prior to release of the draft RFP (inclusive of Section L&M), which is antipcated to release in June 2024. All questions and feedback should be submitted to the Government with the attached Question and Answer (Q&A) form. The Government does not intend to respond to questions at this point but will take all feedback into consideration. There will be a question and answer period after the draft RFP is released. An in person pre-solicitation conference is not planned at this time.�Formal RFP release is anticipated to occur in July 2024 with contract award anticipated to occur in May 2025. Please provide comments/feedback by 18 April 2024 to the POC's in this announcment.�
