- PRICES SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON PAGE 55-56 OF THE SOLICITATION. A Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Tailoring Services is contemplated in support of the Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG).�This solicitation may result in the issuance of multiple Master Blanket Purchase Agreements. There is no guaranteed minimum. Each Master BPA shall not exceed $250,000.00.�The solicitation is issued under NAICS code 812199 as a 100% Small Business set-aside under FAR 52.219-6. Quotes and questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Alan J. Cooper, via email only; alan.j.cooper8.civ@army.mil.� PRICES SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON PAGE 55-56 OF THE SOLICITATION.
