- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to mow and trim the grass at Barre Falls Dam Fine Lawn Areas (approximately 8 acres), Rough Lawn Areas (approximately 4.5 acres), Disc Golf Course (approximately .5 acres), Fields (approximately 13 acres), spring and fall clean up (approximately 8 acres), and street and parking lot sweeping (approximately 38,000 square feet of parking lot & 1.5 miles of access road).�� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
