- Description
- The Government intend to award a single IDIQ Firm-Fixed Price (30-Day Phase-In, 60 Months). The Government will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaulation method for this requirement. Within the SF1449, please refer to the FAR clause 52.212-2 for Evaluation of Offers and Section L for the Instructions and Site Visit information. The estimated Period of Performance is defined within in the PWS. Please access all four (4) attachments for the supporting documentation to the solicitation. This is a non-personal services contract to provide for refuse recycling collection at United States Army Garrison Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor shall be responsible for pick up and disposal of all cooking grease and oil from mess halls, cafeterias, snack shops, cooking schools, etc., as listed in TE 5. All containers shall be painted a uniform color, subject to prior Government approval, and have tight fitting lids to prevent odors from escaping. The Government reserves the right to change the collection sites as required, but not the total quantity required with-out a modification. Contractor shall be responsible for pick up and disposal of all animal carcasses placed in container located in the Recycle Center area. The Contractor shall provide this container. Contractor shall pick up all carcasses once a week; on Wednesdays, unless otherwise instructed by the Contracting Officer or COR. This container shall be cleaned per TE-6. All questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days afer the site visit to allow a reasonable time for the Government to respond. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 9:00AM EST at the Fort Greg-Adams. All questions are due Friday, April 12, 2024 at 12:00PM EST. All questions submitted after that date and time may not be answered. Please refer to the attached Attachment 4- Site Visit memo for more details about the site visit. A completed and signed SF 1449 coversheet, and acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments must be provided.
