Please DO NOT answer the RFI questions.� Only respond via email with any comments/questions on the DRAFT PWS.� ********* Follow-on Acquisition for Charter Airlift Services in Support of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF), Request for Information (RFI).��The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Acquisition Directorate (TCAQ) is conducting market research in support of the follow-on acquisition for Charter Airlift Services in Support of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF). USTRANSCOM will not be obligated to pursue any acquisition alternative as a result of this RFI. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for an information received from any sources responding to this questionnaire. Response to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract or agreement. All responses will be kept confidential.
