Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�CA City:�San Diego Delineated Area: North: I-5 at Sorrento Valley Road East: Camino Santa Fe at Sorrento Valley Road South: Miramar Road to Noel Road at I-5 West: I-5 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,727 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,141 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�9 Structured & Secured Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):�9 secured parking spaces Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�5 years Additional Requirements: Required parking spaces must have ability to be secured, i.e., fenced in or barriers. Offered space must be available for access 24/7 and must be capable of allowing a controlled access security system. Ceiling height of offered space shall be at a minimum 9 feet and 0 inches and no more than 12 feet and 0 inches measured from floor to the lowest obstruction. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
