- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City: Nashville Delineated Area: West of SR171 down to the intersection of SR171 and I24 in Antioch, East of I24 to the intersection of I24 and SR255, North of SR255 to the intersection of SR255 and and I65, East of I65 to the intersection of I65 and SR155, North of SR155 to the intersection of SR155 and Hwy70S, East of SR155 to the intersection of SR155 and SR12, South of SR155 to the intersection of SR155 and Hwy31E, West of SR155 to the intersection of SR155 and Hwy70, South of Hwy70 to the intersection of Hwy70 and SR171 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,375 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,875 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 7-11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 7-11 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7-11 Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: N/A Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Two of the� large specialty vehicles�dimensions:� 29 feet long, 9 feet wide, 13.25 feet high.� 21 feet long, 9 feet wide, 10 feet high.� - No ceiling required (16'-0"" minimum vertical clearance). - Two (2) motorized 12'-0"" W x 14'-0"" H roll-up doors. Roll-up doors must be provided with all safety features and with heavy-duty slide bolts at the bottom of the door on both sides. - One (1) pedestrian door must be provided leading to the exterior (adjacent to roll-up� door) with hardware function 7 (3-point latching device) with access control keypad� (including all conduits and power). -Building must also be climate controlled (heating and cooling) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100-year�/�500-Year�] floodplain).
