Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Grants Delineated Area: North: Beginning at the intersection of 2nd St and Roosevelt Ave continuing in an easterly direction ending at the intersection of Sakelares Blvd/Redondo Rd. East: Beginning at the intersection of Sakelares Blvd/Redondo Rd and continuing in a southerly direction ending at the intersection 10/2023 of Sakelares Blvd/Redondo Rd and US Route 66. South: Beginning at the intersection of Sakelaris Blvd/Redondo Rd and US Route 66 and continuing in a westerly direction ending at the intersection of US Route 66 and 2nd St. West: Beginning at the intersection of US Route 66 and 2nd St and continuing in a northerly direction ending at the intersection of 2nd St and Roosevelt Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 28 Parking Spaces (Surface): 28 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 28 Full Term: 84 Months Firm Term: 36 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: � Must be able to meet Government Security Requirements. � Secure fencing for facility and vehicle storage. � Secure wareyard at rear of main building and secured warehouse facility. � Secure wareyard and vehicle parking at rear of main building. � Security system in place. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100- year�] floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Grants, New Mexico, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this 10/2023 determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
