- NSNs 2590015336745, 2590016028178, and 2590016039368, Specialized Parts Kits are being solicited.� They are procured in accordance with competitive technical data.� The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Origin.� The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.� The total shall not exceed 5 years.� Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS DLA depots.� This requirement is a 100% Small Business setaside and the small business standard is 1000 employees.� The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 3/27/2024.� Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.� A written offer is required to be returned as instructed in the solicitation by the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable; but a PDF copy of your proposal/quote may be uploaded to DIBBS. A technical data package IS available by clicking the link in DIBBS and then searching by NSN in c-folders. Links to c-folders are included in DIBBS.
