- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service�(ARS), San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center has a construction�requirement to provide an replacement and upgraded boiler system located at 9611 S Riverbend Ave, Parlier, CA 93648. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies,�transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the�plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this�construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.��USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be reserved 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 238220 - - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract�is delivery by October 31, 2024.�Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any�amendments. All offerors shall be registered with�the System for Award Management Registration per�FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies�of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. See attached documents for further details. AMD 0001: The purpose of amendment 0001 is to: 1. Answer 2 RFI questions. See spreadsheet ""12905B24R0007 - RFI Log_3-18-2024"". AMD 0002:: The purpose of amendment 0002 is to: a. Answer seven additional RFI questions. See spreadsheet ""12905B24R0007 - RFI�Log_3-22-2024"". b. Add the specs documents for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. (3 attachments). c. Update the SOW to reflect the response to the RFI questions. (See red text in SOW�document). AMD 0003: The purpose of amendment 0003 is to: a. Answer two additional RFI questions. See spreadsheet ""12905B24R0007 - RFI Log_3-25-2024"". All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
