- Cisco Room Kit Installation Services This is a sources sought notice only and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 541512 Computer Systems Design Services. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not adequate, contractors must reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, located at 2501 W. 22nd St. Sioux Falls, SD 57015, is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide installation services for a Cisco Room Kit PTZ 4K, including setup, installation, and configuration of the equipment, as well as basic user training. This will be a contract for delivery of services only. To respond to this sources sought notice, please complete the attached form titled Response Form to Sources Sought Notice and email the information requested to Chelsea Henize Himes, Contracting Officer, at Chelsea.henizehimes@va.gov. The closing date and time of is sources sought notice is March 29th at 4:00 PM Central Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this sources sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly.
