- Description
- Maxwell AFB, AL requires a solution to replace current presentation equipment within the Maxwell Events Center, building 144, locally known as the Officer�s Club. Only one room will include replacement known as the main ballroom. Vendor provided solutions need to include a retractable ceiling dual projection screen, rear projector, and short throw rear projection lens. Equipment replacement will include connection standards for laptop and computer-generated formats. These requirements will not contain Video Teleconferencing (VTC) suites. Requirements shall separate systems to fit the area and A/V need. Projection screen(s) shall provide an HD resolution to be seen to the back of the main ballroom.
