- This AWARD NOTICE is to notify interested vendors that a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase was awarded under Contract 36C26120D0074. The Government issued a sole source modification to Delmar Gardens of Green Valley Operating, L.L.C. per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification increased the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26120D0074 from $5M to $7.5M to permit additional Community Nursing Home services to eligible veterans in the area. Attached is the sole source justification for the award.
