- The purpose of 36C10X24R0026, Amendment 0005, is to initiate Phase II and make small updates to the solicitation documents and attachments applicable to Phase II. See the updated RFP and Attachments provided for Phase II for all instructions and deadlines including mandatory Phase II Proposal Intentions. Phase II submission due dates and times are as follows: Phase II Questions: 12:00PM ET on 4/24/2024. Phase II Proposal Intention: 12:00PM ET on 5/02/2024. Phase II Proposal: 9:00AM ET on 5/07/2024. The updated RFP and all Attachments are identified with file names ending ""4-18"". All previously highlighted edits made throughout RFP Amendments 0001-0004 are incorporated and highlights removed. Yellow highlights found within any of the attached documents are associated with Amendment 0005.
