- This effort is to be performed for the Structures Division of the Air Vehicle Department, AB2200 (formerly AIR 4.3.3), Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in support of aircraft structural life monitoring and air vehicle airworthiness certification. Tasks fall into three technical areas: Structural Appraisal of Fatigue Effects (SAFE) Program, Strength Engineering, and Loads and Dynamics Engineering support. �Please see Section C, Statement of Work for more information. �This is a draft RFP for informational purposes only. �This is not a formal request for proposal. �It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. �Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. �No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. �Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary.
