No late quotes will be accepted.� (See attachments) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70094367 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Portable Restroom Trailer.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 April� 01, 2024.� This solicitation is a Total Small Business set aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562991. The anticipated delivery date will be 15 days from award.� The Government intends to award a purchase order from this solicitation.
