- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has a requirement for (3) pole mounted security cameras to be installed and monitored at the APHIS Headquarters parking lot, 4700 River Road, Riverdale, MD 20737.�USDA APHIS anticipates on awarding a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
