- This is a request for proposal for the updates to the secured historic entryways of the Birch Bayh Federal Building, located at 46 East Ohio street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. It is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. A site visit has been scheduled, please see solicitation for details. This project�will replace the exterior doors and entire framing, and the door in the vestibule partition. Doors and frames will replicate the original design.
