U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 2:00�P.M EST 04/19/2024.� Please quote all or none.� Items must be brand new. Solicitation N00421-24-Q-0223�is issued as an intent to sole source.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Testvonics Inc.,�for TVCS (PH001-08, SH001-08, AND PR0001-03), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13.� Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
