- The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase 27 tables for conference room. Solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set-aside. Quotes are good for 60 days. Quotes are due to Sarah Cotton at sarah.cotton@usda.gov NLT May 3th, 2024 @1700 MST. No special packaging requirements or palletized. No loading dock, no forklift, no power jack. There are individuals who can assist in loading into the building once they are off of the truck. No removal of old tables.�
