Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Philadelphia Delineated� Area:�Starting at the intersection of West Erie Avenue and Route 13, travel South on Route 13 to Wissahickon Avenue, follow Wissahickon Avenue to Route 1, travel southwest on Route 1 to the Schuylkill River, following the Schuyllkill River south to the Delaware River, following the Delaware River north to Frankford Creek, following Frankford Creek to Torresdale Avenue/ East Erie Avenue, traveling west on East Erie Avenue to West Erie Avenue, ending at Route 13. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Reserved Structured/Surface): 2 Full Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: 1. All space shall be contiguous.� The warehouse space must be located on the ground level or otherwise be able to facilitate vehicles driving in and out. 2. Column spacing throughout the facility shall be a 12� x 12� minimum. 3.�The offered space must have a clear ceiling height of 13�-4� inches, measured from floor to the lowest obstruction. 4. Warehouse areas shall have a minimum live load capacity of 333 pounds per square foot. 5. Building must have the capability of climate control: heated to 55 degrees maximum. 6. The facility and surrounding access drives shall be configured to allow efficient and safe vehicular circulation. Offered locations are subject to a site access evaluation by the Tenant for safety and security reasons, and if deemed unacceptable as a result, the building will be deemed as not acceptable. 7. Occupancy is required by November 27, 2024 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.�Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). The U.S. Government currently occupies warehouse and related space in a building under a lease in Philadlephia, PA, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
