COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NSN 1680-01-610-2343, PART NUMBER: 123AV80036-301, CNRP,CONTROL PANEL C This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract for NSN 1680-01-610-2343, CNRP,CONTROL PANEL C to support the E2/C2 ALL SERIES.� It is anticipated that NSN 1680-01-610-2343, CNRP,CONTROL PANEL C will be priced for the initial contract award.� The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-01. A letter solicitation will be issued to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE 70974.� This solicitation will NOT be posted publicly. The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE 70974.� Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside.� NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size is 1250 employees.� The purchase request quantity is for 06 each. �Delivery: FOB origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 480 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). DPAS rating for this item is DOC9. A Subcontracting plan is not required due to the expected dollar threshold. Other than certified cost or pricing data is required.� Progress payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met.� The solicitation issue date is on or about April 18, 2024.
