- This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming Requst for Proposal for Ames National Laboratory Infrastructure Modernization Project anticipated include upgrades to electrical, plumbing, IT and building envelopes (Roof).� The work will be related to 3 buildings located in Ames, Iowa on the campus of Iowa State University.� Ames National Laboratory is expecting to issue the RFP in mid September, 2024 and upon evaluation of proposals issue a single award to one general contractor to manage the project.�There will be a request for a base propopsal and alternates to be evaluated per the criteria stated in the RFP when issued.� Ames National Laboratory is working with an A/E firm and Commissioning Service firm to develop the specifications and drawings to be included for this project.
