- Please reference attached Solicitation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 December 2024 Amendment 0001 The above numbered solicitation for Morganza to the Gulf of Mexico, Bottomland Hardwood (Coastal Zone) Mitigation Bank credits requirement is hereby amended as follows: 1) Provides an extension to the response submission deadline. Proposals are now due on Thursday, January 9, 2025, by 11am (local time). 2) Establishes a new Q&A deadline of Thursday, December 19, 2024, by 11am (local time). PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE AND SUBMIT THIS AMENDMENT WITH YOUR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
