- The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Purchasing and Contracting office for United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville TN 37204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720(Janitorial Services) with a size standard of $22 million dollars. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective date 01/17/2025. This solicitation will be competed IAW FAR 8.6 and is set-aside in totality to Small Business entities IAW FAR 19.502. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. Background The Tennessee Army National Guard requires the contractor to provide services to disinfect with 1% Virkon solution National Guard equipment in Smyrna Tennessee: estimating ~95 pieces total consisting of connex boxes, trailers, generators, and vehicles as defined in the PWS. Requirement: Service Materials/Handling: Contractor provides materials and handling equipment for the wash of 95 pieces total consisting of connex boxes, trailers, generators, and vehicles as defined in the PWS. FOB: Destination POP: shall be no more than 3 days beginning 17 March 2025 and ending 19 March 2025. Offers are due into this office no later than 20 FEB 2025 at 11:00 AM Central Standard Time. Questions are due into this office no later than 18 FEB 2025 at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical � Vendor will meet all PWS requirements in order to be considered for award. To be considered for award process, vendor must submit offer on time. Must be active in SAM. Price- All charges must be inclusive including shipping if any. Past Performance. Within 3 years Past performances. Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. Options. N/A A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer�s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
