Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems in accordance with this work statement. The chillers shall be clean and in good operating condition upon completion of the service. The preventive maintenance service shall result in the parts of the system serviced being in a condition to operate efficiently and effectively.
