- ADA Door Opener Installations -, White City Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VAHCS), OR THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method and any possible socio-economic set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following item: Title: Retrofit 3 doorways existing doors and/or door locations to result in low-energy, power-operated swinging doors which are operable by pushing a button near the door, from both sides. Specifications Required: Please see attached Statement of Objectives for door requirements. Location: White City VA Rehabilitation Center & Clinics 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, OR 97503 A DRAFT statement of requirement is attached. The Government is accepting industry comment on the specifications. Comments may or may not be incorporated, at the discretion of the Government. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Alan Perez at Alan.Perez@va.gov no later than Thursday, 13 March 2025 at 12PM PST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
