- Description
- Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-25-R-2008 for Propelling Charge Support for the 60mm, 81mm, 120mm programs. This solicitation will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that contains a 100% Option Quantity, to be evaluated at time of award. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 � Contracting by Negotiation as a non-commercial supply.
